Important Announcement for Caregivers and Employers in Israel 📢
The Population and Immigration Authority has extended its non-enforcement policy until April 30, 2025, meaning that all caregivers working without a valid visa will not face deportation during this period-no additional criteria required.
Who does this apply to?
✔️ Caregivers whose application for a humanitarian committee review to extend their permit has been submitted.
✔️ Caregivers who received a rejection letter between October 7, 2023, and April 30, 2025.
✔️ Caregivers who had not exceeded 13 years in Israel at the time of application.
✔️ Those who meet additional conditions.
⚠️ A Critical Opportunity!
Only those who submit their application on time will be included in this policy framework and will be able to continue working in Israel. Failure to act now may result in deportation.
