Judy, a filipina, arrived in Israel as a caregiver. In 2020, she met Erez, an Israeli, fell in love, and moved in with him. At that time, Judy’s caregiver work visa expired, but the couple were afraid to apply for a visa to the Population and Immigration Authority.

Today, a year after the process began at our office under the dedicated care of Adv. Chen Weiss, and after about 8 years of living in Israel without a visa, and being unable to visit her family, Judy received the coveted residence and work permit. She can now work legally and visit her family whenever she wants.
